EmoSync is a start-up catering to the broad verticals of Mental Health and Self-development, it is a pseudo-anonymous social omnichannel platform that sorts the users as per their need traits, giving them a personalised experience by peer counselling, in order to better their emotional quotient. We work in three stages : Awareness: The introductory part of the session, containing some general knowhow about mental health, delivered to the whole crowd of participants together. This segment focuses on the Community, intended for the participants to get to know about mental health, as well as about different reactions and responses to different situations. Acknowledgement: Things start falling into focus from this segment. The participants are put into smaller Peer groups. Participants are encouraged to explore their deep-rooted emotions: identify where they stand, through professionally curated personalised activities. Awakening: In this segment, Individuals are given an opportunity to learn to channel their emotions, and achieve peace of mind through professional interventions.
