The generation next is suffering from 'Nature-deficit disorder' and the habits of our generation is making the climate unbearable for the existing flora and fauna. We are facing sixth mass extinction and it's happening rapidly. The next generation should stand up for their rights to have a safe earth and WISH Foundation wants to provide the green-ownership to them so that they take up the responsibility to create a nature-friendly society. We create environmental awareness among kids and young adults through workshops on trending environmental issues, nature trails, birdwatching and a plethora of nature - related activities including games, chart-making, nature quiz, debate, audiovisual demonstration, interactive sessions - both indoor and outdoors, sensitization seminars, tree plantation, adopting green habits, nature - oriented drawing competition, followed by awarding certificates of participation. We want to increase the number of students who will be environmentally aware so that they can adopt green habits as we believe 'Little drops of water, little grains of sand, Make the mighty ocean and the pleasant land... So the little minutes, humble though they be, Make the mighty ages of eternity.'
