PFI FOUNDATION focuses on socio-economic welfare activities and promotes community empowerment. Its thrust areas are: Education, Gender, Peacebuilding, Interfaith Dialogue, Vocational Skill Training, Information Technology for Development (ICT4D) and integrated rural development programmes. he Foundation received The World Bank ‘Certificate of Recognition’ twice in 2003 and 2007. It has Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations since 2012.
