Rangeen Khidki has been founded by a bunch of young professionals from Kolkata who are passionate to make a dent in the universe. We work in the space of gender, sexual and reproductive health rights by supporting partnerships and implementing programs predominantly in the menstrual health space. We offer trainings, workshops, capacity building of organizations/professionals in program management, research of issues pertaining to gender, sexuality and menstruation. We are also certified in delivering trainings on Prevention of Sexual Harassment in Workplace and are eligible to be external members in Internal Complaints Committee. RKF has been working informally in this space since 2019 January and has reached more than 1250 individuals directly and more than 3500 persons indirectly. RKF is committed to make a difference and is always looking out to collaborate with like minded persons, organizations and institutions to amplify the voices of the marginalised in the space of SRHR, gender and sexuality.
